Krambo Corporation structures and places financing transactions on behalf of affordable housing developers, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), land trusts, and other nonprofits that support community development.

Our work enables Nonprofits to effect positive social outcomes such as providing affordable homes for families in need, transforming vacant lots into vibrant community spaces, preserving vital natural areas, and removing blight from neighborhoods.
